Core 4 Endurance Squad is a registered with Triathlon Australia Club. Brisbane based Triathlon squad offering On-line personalised Coaching and Mentoring as well as Group Sessions through the week for all athletes, coached, club and non club members and social athletes.

Our desire to grow our community of athletes, balancing training, work, family and friends. Supporting each other to achieve the goals we set out for ourselves.

At C4E we share the enthusiasm for exercise (and coffee) and by joining us as a member you will be welcomed with encouragement, directed to train with purpose, knowledge and structure to enjoy the experience.

C4E want to create a community of like minded endurance enthusiasts with minimal cost to participate. Therefore all C4E coached athletes are free to attend, non coached members will need to pay a small donation to participate. $8

All athletes are welcome, from Beginners to Age Groupers, Short to Long course, and Off-Road.
If you are not a member of Triathlon Australia or equivalent, you can join sessions but at your own risk. Social athletes can register with Triathlon Australia and is recommended for health and safety.

C4E recommend being a member of TA whilst training and racing.

Sessions generally run for 60-90 minutes.

Run Sessions

Monday and Tuesday

Run sessions are a coached session, where the coaches will advise on technique and give general feedback. All start and finish at one place and if your up for a coffee afterwards all the better.

Monday is organised and coached by Kat through Junction Road Physio. Please contact Kat for registering. Learn to run, improve Technique, reduce injury and follow a training plan. (Private health rebates may apply)

Tuesday: Interval Running to improve aerobic compacity and running pace designed for the individuals goals in mind. Training starts at various locations to keep it interesting with different terrain and momentum, so ensure you are on the C4E Training Chat on Messenger to know where to meet.


Thursday and Friday

Riding sessions are designed to improve confidence and ability on the bike. Also designed for specific race targets in mind throughout the race calendar.

Brick is Bike + Run, set for a Thursday Morning. The goals here is to get you race ready, with easy transition techniques, mounting and dismounting. As well as running at various paces depending on time of season.

Friday Bike training session will focus on strength and aerobic endurance/general bike fitness.

Our Coaches

Our coaches are all different, with diverse lives, styles and backgrounds but what is consistent is that all of them are dedicated to improve your overall experience of one or all of the endurance sports. They are committed to finding the right program to suit your needs and inspirational through leading by example. Our coaches are also training for events which means they train with you. This can be great for pacing, encouragement and safety. Join the Squad to get more involved.

How do I change clubs or join multiple clubs? 
You can select a new club during the sign up process or if you are a renewing member, choose ‘Select Club’ from the top right in your profile and add your new club.  Once you have completed this, please contact your old club to have them remove you.
